Terms and Conditions

  1. Prices charged are as those stated at despatch and as displayed on
  2. Verbal prices / quotations will not be deemed valid.
  3. Credit terms will be 30 days from end of month unless specifically agreed otherwise.
  4. VAT is not included in quoted or prices and will be added to the invoice.
  5. Specifications shown in catalogues, price lists and website are correct on going to press.
  6. All goods supplied by Advanced Product Engineering Limited remain the property of Advanced Product Engineering Limited until paid in full.
  7. Minimum carriage paid orders for the UK mainland is £125 net. Orders below this value will be charged £7.95. Northern Ireland, Channel Isles and off shore UK are £400 carriage paid or £15 per box.
  8. Claims for short deliveries or damaged goods must be notified within 48 hours from date of signing by email to the sales team.
  9. In the event of goods developing a manufacturing fault we will replace them, but in doing so we do not accept any liability, consequential or otherwise.
  10. Should a product fail due to design, wear and tear or defective materials, full written details and in-situ photographs of the failure must be submitted. A product assessment will then be conducted by an Advanced Product Engineering Limited technical representative either on site or the returned product for an accurate evaluation. A replacement will then be supplied or the purchase price refunded.
  11. Advanced Product Engineering Limited will not accept liability for any additional costs as a result of the failure.
  12. We do not offer a sale or return policy, however in the event that you need to return products to us for any reason the following procedures should help to ensure that we handle your request efficiently.
  13. Goods that have been held by you for longer than a period of six months from the date of invoice cannot be considered for return and credit.
  14. A returns request form is available to download via our website.
  15. We require the following details in order to process the paperwork: Item stock code, finish, quantity returned, relevant invoice number and reason for return.
  16. Completed returns form must be returned to relevant department at Advanced Product Engineering Limited before goods are returned.
  17. Our returns department will authorize by return conformation that we can / cannot accept back for credit and confirm re-stocking charges.
  18. Goods to be returned to Advanced Product Engineering Limited by customer at they’re cost and include relevant paperwork. Any returns arriving back for credit without pre-authorisation will be refused.
  19. Goods received back in anything other than resalable condition, including packaging, may result in a request for credit being refused.
  20. With the exception of faulty or damaged goods, all goods returned will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge with a minimum £10 charge being applicable.
  21. If items are received damaged or faulty, no charge will be made and will be uplifted by Advanced Product Engineering Limited.
  22. If after our inspection a product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault, we will issue a credit or a free of charge replacement.
